Put Down Canva. Let Claude Create Your PDF Instead.
There is a particular kind of silence that happens when you open Canva to finish a PDF.
You know the template is in there. You know what you want it to say. An hour later, you've moved three text boxes and changed the color of a circle.
A client of mine experienced exactly this last week. What we did about it became the method I taught in the live session, and if you missed it, this post is for you.
The afternoon this became a method
I met with a one-on-one client the other day. She wanted to create a checklist using one of the templates from the Creator Vault. Every time she opened it to finish it, she would freeze.
We talked it through. She could spend the next few months getting more comfortable with Canva. Or she could try something I'd been experimenting with.
So I opened Claude on the screen share. We pulled up her Vault template. We told Claude about her offer, who her ideal clients were, what tone she wanted, and the call to action for her signature tarot reading.
Ten minutes later, she had a finished PDF checklist.
She did not open Canva once.
Why the Vault is the thing that made this work
Here is the part most people miss when they try to use AI for their business content.
Claude is as specific as the structure you give it. Prompt it with "write me a checklist about tarot" and you get something generic, vaguely astrological, and voice-flat.
